∞~∞ Reflections on『A Note to President Roosevelt』 ∞~∞
✧ ∞ ✶ ∞ ✧ When I Was a Child ✧ ∞ ✶ ∞ ✧
✧ ∞ ✶This is the essay I wrote when I first read
〖 The letter by Rinosuke Ichimaru 〗✧ ∞ ✶ ∞ ✧
At that time, I was 7 years old.
These reflections were written during the years from age 7 to 11.
✶ On March 26, 2026 (Reiwa 8), the anniversary of the late Mr. Ichimaru's death, the addition of these writings began. ✶
■ The Vanity of Beautification and Identity Theft ▲
(■ 美化と背乗りの虚飾 ▲)
Regarding the beautification, glorification, and "Identity Theft" (Hainori)-like exploitation of "A Note to President Roosevelt" by specific ideologies:
In light of the evidence of historical facts, Franklin D. Roosevelt took no measures whatsoever for Rinosuke Ichimaru or the nation of Japan.
Furthermore, regarding the Emperor of Japan, the only documented fact performed was the "Gyokuon-hoso" (Imperial Radio Broadcast).
■ The Indulgence and Irresponsibility of the Ruling Class ▲
(■ 支配層の享楽と無責任 ▲)
From the Meiji era through the pre-war, wartime, and post-war periods, the ruling class continued to gorge on food, enjoy abundant energy, soak in hot baths, and indulge in peaceful sleep, even under the hardships of war.
The war leaders, too, exploited a level of freedom far beyond the surveillance imposed on the Emperor. They built grand mansions with national funds, enriched their private pockets during wartime, expanded their families, and drowned themselves in wining, dining, and women. They kept concubines and fully indulged in every possible luxury and benefit born of their unrestrained greed.
■ Post-War Propaganda and the Abandonment of the People ▲
(■ 戦後プロパガンダと国民の切り捨て ▲)
Following the defeat, "war criminals" were selectively identified through GHQ intervention; however, in reality, those who never set foot on the battlefield seized control over the distribution of wealth. They uttered the absurd phrase, "The post-war era is over."
This was a cold-blooded declaration directed at the Japanese citizens who had had their homes incinerated by carpet bombing and were struggling to crawl out from the scorched earth, literally suffering from starvation.
The factions that utilized this phrase for propaganda privatized Japan for their own gain, while systematically silencing, excluding, isolating, and discriminating against the people who had lost their families.
■ The Fixation of Class and the True Nature of Hereditary Succession ▲
(■ 階級の固定と世襲の正体 ▲)
While the citizens fled in the clothes on their backs, these elites dressed in finery, pinning countless medals upon their chests. They never set foot on the battlefield, nor did they send their children to the front. Instead, they gorged themselves on food, clothing, and shelter, obsessing over their luxurious financial calculations.
The lineage of those who indulged in such pleasures has been directly inherited by the "hereditary politicians" of today.
■ The Truth of National Abandonment ▲
(■ 国民棄民化真実 ▲)
On the other hand, the people, who were never even informed of the existence of the "Note to President Roosevelt" sent from Iwo Jima, wandered in search of relief and support, only to be abandoned and treated as mere "expendable pawns" within a mountain of contradictions. This entire fact and absolute truth is manifested through the Evidence 【 § Evidence § 】.

While the official document is referred to as a "Note to President Roosevelt,"
the correct designation is 〖 The letter by Rinosuke Ichimaru 〗.
This is because, since ancient times, Japan has held the custom and culture of "Shitatameru" (認める|したためる|Shi-ta-ta-me-ru)—the act of writing. The term "Shokan" (書簡|しょかん|Sho-ka-n) was used to describe letters or written documents sent from one individual to another to convey
〖 errands and intentions 〗 or 〖 emotions 〗.
It refers to letters in a broad sense, including "Fusho" (封書|ふうしょ|Fu-u-sho) (sealed letters) and "Hagaki" (葉書|はがき|Ha-ga-ki) (postcards), used in both public and private sectors.
Historically, the most famous and significant "Shokan" in Japan is highly likely the sovereign letter carried by Ono no Imoko(小野妹子), as recorded in the "Book of Sui" (Suishu), Chronicles of Wa.
〖 Main Characteristics and Usage 〗
Synonyms and Related Terms: Tegami (letter), Shojo (letter/epistle), Fusho (sealed letter), Shinsho (correspondence), Shosoku (消息|news/letter), Sekitoku (尺牘|wooden tablet letter), Letter, etc.

日本はノートはNote abookを指し覚書とは言わない。 "Note to President Roosevelt,"

※ Japanese and English ※
While the official document is referred to as a "Note to President Roosevelt,"
the correct designation is 〖 The letter by Rinosuke Ichimaru 〗.
In Japan, "Note" refers to a "Notebook" and is not used to mean "Memorandum." "Note to President Roosevelt,"
In Japanese, saying "Note" generally brings to mind a school notebook (Notebook).
Since the English word "Note" can mean a "short letter" or "memorandum," it is often translated as "Oboegaki" in a historical context; however, within a Japanese historical and cultural sense, from a general perspective, terms such as "Shuki" (personal record) or "Message" might feel more appropriate.

〖 Integration of Analysis Results 〗
While the word "Note"refers to a "Notebook," an extremely mundane piece of stationery in Japan, the true nature of this document is
【a critique of civilization, hurled at the leader of an enemy nation by a warrior prepared for death】.
Therefore, in modern Japanese and English notation,
〖 市丸利之助の書簡 〗 and 〖 The letter by Rinosuke Ichimaru 〗 are
the most appropriate terms as the official designation.

Deprived of food, ammunition, weapons, and combat strength, and further starving through a total lack of medical personnel and supplies, they were abandoned in silence and forced to fight until their very lives were extinguished.
As a result of this absolute starvation, there were Japanese people cast out to various battlefields who survived only by drinking muddy water, licking the bare earth, and even consuming the flesh of their fallen comrades.

Rear Admiral Rinosuke Ichimaru and
his family—they simply wanted to see their father.
They prayed to meet again, longing for him ceaselessly,
but it never came true.
The same was true for Rear Admiral Rinosuke Ichimaru,
the father of those children.
Whether the war was won or lost, he wanted to see his wife once more and hold his children in his arms.

Written by a man who witnessed pain, suffering, sorrow, hatred, resentment, bitterness, and hell.
Amidst such pathos, tragedy, and despair, he could not bring himself to write "Save me" in his "Note to President Roosevelt."
"I want to see my wife again. I want to see my children."
"I want to spend time with my wife again. I want to go to many different places with them."
"I want to go out with everyone."
"I want to give them their fill of delicious food."
"I want to scold my children, cry with them,
and laugh with them a great deal."
"I want us all, as a family, to sleep soundly together."

"Good morning," "Goodnight," "Hello," "How do you do?"
"See you tomorrow," "I'm sorry," "Thank you," "You're welcome."
I want to hear everyone's voices once again.
Bring permanent peace to us Japanese.
I just want to live in harmony, tranquility, and peace.
I don't want to do something like war.
I want to go home soon.
I don't want to die.
I don't want to die leaving my family behind.
Even if my mouth were torn open, I could never say that this was the true heart of us soldiers and fathers.
I died without saying it.
Those who were burned to death, their bodies torn apart, stabbed, crushed, broken, and incinerated—even showered with the fallout of radiation—where have all those people gone now?
The State of Japan acted as if those countless dead, those innumerable souls, and the Japanese who managed to survive, simply never existed.

Only the resentment and bitterness of Japanese toward Japanese remained throughout various regions in the post-war era.
This misplaced rage exploded everywhere, undergoing a transformation and metamorphosis.
The State of Japan defined the "war criminals" selected by GHQ as the embodiment of evil, a narrative that persists to this day.
Between their "evil" and the Japanese who were privileged with non-conscription—whose sin is heavier?
Furthermore, as the privatization of Japan by their descendants is still in progress,
Since my early childhood, I could not help but feel that the Emperor is a grave criminal who must take responsibility.

Even now, that conviction has never changed.
Just who are these "Japanese" whose lives are
protected while they do nothing?
Since I was a child, I have been unable to suppress this doubt and
these questions.
No one needs what is unnecessary.
Above all, toward the State of Japan,
I demand the confiscation of all assets that are the root of evil from
the Meiji era to the present Reiwa era, and the full restitution of all funds that have been misappropriated.
Furthermore, I demand that the origins and lineages of the masterminds who planned the war operations, and all those involved in political leadership since the Meiji period, be disclosed and made public to all Japanese citizens.
I want everything, from the past to the present, to be exposed under the light of high noon.
If corroboration and evidence of truth and fact are obtained, then all profits enjoyed by those who have usurped the State of Japan must be confiscated, and the restitution of those funds must be completed.
For the sake of the Japanese people,
I want them to descend to the level of commoners.
I want them to repent and be reborn as ordinary citizens.

I want them to use that money to find the remains of the soldiers and return them to their families.
I want them to come home to Japan.
And with the remaining funds, I want memorials to be built for everyone.
For those incinerated in air raids, those who died from the atomic bombs, and those who perished in the war—I want memorials to be built for all of them.
This has been my wish since I was a child.
Furthermore, for all eternity into the future, I want June 23rd—the day of remembrance for the war dead in Okinawa—to be established as a National Holiday.
I want it to be designated as a "Day of Commemoration," a national holiday where all citizens offer a moment of silence, recognizing it as
the "Negative Legacy" (負の遺産) directed toward the State of Japan.

Furthermore, regarding the Great Tokyo Air Raid of March 10 -
It is not about the "number of dead."
While March 10 is cited as the peak of the tragedy with 150,000 victims -

Human Torpedoes, and others from the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Beyond them, an uncountable multitude of Japanese citizens perished.

✧ Restoration of the Proper Name and Return of the Soul ✧
〖 Restoration of the Honor of I Ou To (硫黃嶌) 〗
Rejecting the name "Iwo Jima," which was externally redefined, we shall formally restore the original place name, " I Ou To " (硫黃嶌), where the souls of the entire garrison of the former 【 Ogasawara Corps 】 and the "27th Air Flotilla, Navy Ground Forces" under the command of
Rear Admiral Ichimaru reside.
This is an indispensable measure for defending the dignity of the soul and severing the chain of national erasure and concealment of memory.

✧ Reclamation of Honor for
the Ichimaru Family and Evidence of Their Grief ✧
Evidence is hereby presented that the eldest daughter, Haruko Ichimaru, amidst the severe post-war hardships and her struggle against illness, desperately defended, reclaimed, protected, and inherited the "Sword"—the sole remaining trace of her father Rinosuke Ichimaru’s soul.
